Amy Carpenter, AIA, LEED® AP

Amy is an architect in our Philadelphia office with more than thirteen years of design, documentation, and management experience focusing on residential work of all scales. She is an integral part of the team working on Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing residences for Erickson Retirement Communities with current projects in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Michigan, Illinois, and Texas. Her work for Erickson also includes development of a new prototype design that addresses the special care requirements for residents with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. She currently serves as the board secretary for the Society for the Advancement of Gerontological Environments (SAGE), a grass roots organization that advocates improving the physical environment for older adults.
