Joe is an architect with more than 25 years of experience managing the implementation of new construction and renovation projects, both in the private and public sectors. These projects encompass a wide variety of different uses, including residential, health care, resort, educational, and museum functions. His background also includes extensive experience in facilities planning, including detailed maintenance, capacity, and code analyses for existing facilities and programming for new facilities.
