Karen Blanchard, LEED® AP

Karen is an architectural designer with nine years of experience. Since joining WRT two years ago, Karen has played a fundamental role on projects ranging from conceptual design to design documentation. She is currently working on the conceptual design of a public library in Haverford, PA slated for LEED Platinum accreditation. Her past projects include the luxury condominiums at 1401 Walnut in Philadelphia, and high-rise condominiums and mixed-use developments at Broad and Washington in Philadelphia and in Tempe, AZ.
