Nancy is a planner with more than ten years of experience in comprehensive and community planning. She has worked on and managed a wide range of planning projects with local, county, and regional agencies, including the Upper Darby Township Comprehensive Plan and Upper Darby Zoning Ordinance, the Schuylkill Valley Metro Station Area Design Study, the Action Plan to Rebuild New Orleans, and two award-winning projects-Transit Oriented Development Opportunities in Somerset County and the Lancaster County Growth Management Plan.
