Stephen Gibson, AIA, LEED® AP

Stephen is an architect with more than 17 years of experience with a broad range of project types, primarily institutional. His work at WRT includes two projects seeking LEED certification: the Large Format Theater Addition to the Tom Ridge Center in Erie, PA and a new residence hall for Widener University in Chester, PA. He is also serving as project architect for a new residence hall at UVA as well as managing the construction of a Renaissance Gardens project for Erickson Retirement Communities in Novi, MI. His previous work includes a HUD independent living development, higher education projects, public schools, facilities for arts organizations, and a new arena as well as numerous renovation and expansion projects, including an emergency department and a historic church.
