Planning for Sustainability: 2009 Pennsylvania APA Conference
WRT's David Rouse, Mami Hara, and Robert Kerns led panels at the annual state planning conference addressing the question: How Can Pennsylvania's Communities Plan for a Sustainable Future? The presentations—which have been included with this article—included Mami Hara's "Infill Philadelphia: Food Access" and Robert Kerns' "Zoning the Appalachian Trail: Implementing State Legislation to Protect a National Resource."
