Rosenthal Interviewed in Copenhagen on Social Housing

December 16, 2009

This interview of Gil Rosenthal, FAIA, Principal at Wallace Roberts & Todd, was made in Copenhagen and broadcast nationally in Denmark. Gil represented the United States in an international colloquium on the theme of social housing and architectural regeneration sponsored by the Danish Ministries of Integration and of Housing and organized by the Architects' Association of Denmark. Six architects from around the world—Gil from the US, and others from Holland, England, France and Spain, joined Danish architects in an investigation of three social housing estates near Copenhagen, and reported their observations in a day of presentations. The work has been published in Arkitecktur Der Forander—Fra Ghetto Til Velfungerende Byomrad, edited by Niels Bjorn.
