New York-based developer Jonathan Rose Companies, WRT's client for the widely-heralded Temple Station transit-oriented development in Philadelphia, was featured in the November/December 2010 issue of GreenSource Magazine. The developer figures prominently in an article entitled "Green is the New Black: Eco-pioneers build a culture of green commerce in real estate, development, and construction."

Earlier this year, Jonathan Rose Companies, in partnership with Latino-based non-profit Asociacion de Puertorriquenos en Marcha (APM), selected WRT to provide architectural services for the $48 million Temple Station project, which is intended to become a model for other similar developments along the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority's (SEPTA) regional rail system.
