Andrew Dobshinsky

Andrew's unique educational background provides a vital skill set in WRT's Planning and Urban Design studio's approach. Holding a BSE in Digital Media Design, a Master of City Planning, and a Certificate in Urban Design from the University of Pennsylvania, his strength lies in his exceptional analytical communication and graphic design skills, bolstered by significant expertise in digital media design and GIS modeling. He continuously strives to make WRT's work more compelling, meaningful, and efficiently produced, and he is the consummate collaborator. Andrew's projects include GreenPlan Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Water Department's Office of Watersheds website, Lansdale's Revitalization Plan Update, and the Cedar Rapids' area Connections 2040 Long Range Transportation Plan. He is also an adjunct instructor at PennDesign.
