Charles Neer

Charlie is a landscape architect who has worked on various urban design and master planning projects including the Floyds Fork Greenway in Louisville, KY, Anacostia Waterfront Initiative in Washington, DC and the Principal River walk in Des Moines, IA. His designs have an emphasis on the understanding of landscape as a process—a productive agent in the shaping of our cities, countryside, and culture.
