Don Raines, Jr.

Specializing in multi-modal transportation planning and design, urban design, park programming, capacities studies and advocating brand identity and way finding systems, Don has made significant contributions to WRT’s national practice. As a major driver of the Trinity Lakes project in Dallas TX, Don orchestrated the design team and project approach in the early stages and continues to be active in the ongoing design. In addition, Don is an avid proponent of sustainability and community development, and is an active voice in his own community where he is recognized for instilling ideas and creative solutions that help solve community issues.
