Karen Blanchard

Karen, an architect with over 13 years of experience, has played a leading design role on numerous WRT projects. Her recent work includes the design of the Levitt Pavilion in Bethlehem, PA, and the Germantown Academy New Upper/Middle School, which is targeting a LEED Gold rating in Fort Washington, PA. Some of her past projects include Haverford Township Free Library and the luxury condominiums at 1401 Walnut in Philadelphia, as well as high-rise condominiums and mixed-use developments at Broad and Washington in Philadelphia and in Tempe, AZ.
