Modesto's strong credentials and experience as an architect and urban designer have been instrumental to the success of several high-profile firm projects. He has proven to be an invaluable team member, one who provides an unassuming leadership while consistently achieving outstanding results. Modesto's experience ranges from civic and cultural buildings to high density mixed-use projects for private institutions and universities. His work includes such award-winning projects as the LEED Gold-rated Charlottesville Transit Station (Virginia) and the Broad & Washington mixed-use development in Philadelphia. Modesto has also worked on numerous large-scale developments, such as the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Washington, DC. He is also actively involved with the greater Philadelphia Latino community through projects such as the Taller Puertorriqueno Latino Community Cultural Center Development Study. Modesto received his Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and his Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard University.
