Silvia’s professional practice in national and international planning has been performed at a variety of scales, ranging from community-wide comprehensive plans to smaller-scale focal plans and site development plans. Silvia is a skilled project manager, with extensive public engagement experience and great sensitivity to the challenges of working with diverse stakeholders in the planning process. She has a special interest in issues related to the preservation of community identity and in the application of sustainable practices as part of a holistic approach to achieve balanced community development.
