William Cline

William is an architect who has directed many of WRT's major architectural and planning projects. William also serves as WRT's Director of Quality Management and chairs WRT’s Technical Design Committee, directing QM oversight and providing technical design guidance firmwide. In addition, William is active in the advancement of sustainable design, having served on the steering committee and board of directors for the Delaware Valley chapter of the US Green Building Council.
