John has over a decade of experience working on new construction and adaptive reuse projects, ranging in budgetary scale, both in the private and public sectors. He brings a considerable wealth of experience from WRT’s varied project types as well as his earlier project experience.
In his nine years at WRT, John has been involved in a diverse range of residential buildings totaling over 1,000 units across the United States from Florida, US Virgin Islands, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Michigan, to Maine. He currently is serving as Project Manager for a passively cooled Residential Project that is targeting Net Zero energy in St Thomas USVI. In addition to his extensive mixed use and residential experience, John has helped lead institutional and cultural projects including The Fraser Centre at Penn State, Stevens Institute Academic Gateway in Hoboken, NJ, and a new performance facility for the Philadelphia FringeArts.
