With experience in Planning, Urban Design and Architecture, Poonam brings to the table a wide range of skills. She has managed and led projects ranging from 0.5 acres to 5000 acres and successfully worked with public and private sector as well as non-profit organizations. A passion for creative problem solving and a focus on environmentally responsible and a people-centric design approach have driven her work. She has been responsible for conceptualizing and facilitating challenging, yet successful outreach efforts which have brought citizens and various stakeholders together to make educated decisions in the interest of their communities.
