1401 Walnut Street

This renovation project transformed an historic office building into 36 luxury condominiums. All of the one- and two-bedroom residences range in size from 1,000 to over 2,400 SF, and offer spectacular views of the city. The design introduces a contemporary aesthetic that is the inspired by the building's neo-classical architecture. The project is located in Center City within walking distance of Philadelphia's Avenue of the Arts, City Hall, and the theater district.
