Broad and Washington High-rise Condominiums and Mixed-use Competition

This competition-winning project at the prominent corner of Broad and Washington Streets is designed as the gateway to the Avenue of the Arts in downtown Philadelphia. The proposed 700,000 SF project contains 390 residential units, 610 parking spaces, a new home for the Pennsylvania Ballet, retail, and generous public spaces. Civic amenities include two public plazas and three distinct interior garden spaces to serve residents and the public. The architecture is intended as an icon that mirrors the dynamic nature of Philadelphia's arts and professional communities. The design incorporates sustainable features that facilitate LEED certification.
