Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site Park General Management Plan

WRT's general management plan for Hopewell Furnace examines strategies to improve declining visitation. The park encompasses 450 acres and a complex of 18th and 19th century industrial buildings that is considered one of the best examples of America's early iron industry. Management issues included interpretive programming, maintenance of historic structures, forest resource management, and preservation of the park's rural setting.
