Job Haines Home Expansion

This renovation and addition project for Job Haines Home, a not-for-profit provider of nursing and residential health care services in the Newark metropolitan area, occurred while the facility was occupied. The project added a new 30-bed nursing wing, a 60-unit assisted-living residence, and associated common and support spaces. The facility's 90-year-old main building was renovated, and serves as the focal point of the two-acre site. Outdoor amenities include secured outdoor courtyards and a wanderer's loop to enrich the lives of residents.
