New Railroad Square
New Railroad Square is designed to reinforce the renaissance of the area surrounding Santa Rosa's historic railroad depot, slated to become an important stop on the proposed SMART commuter train service. It consists of a sustainable neighborhood of new for-sale homes, affordable housing and a rich mix of new commercial and cultural activities.
The central feature of New Railroad Square is a crescent shaped public plaza, home to the long-planned Sonoma County Food & Wine Center, a public market, restaurants and retail.
