Renaissance Gardens Seabrook Senior Living

WRT's innovative design for Renaissance Gardens at Seabrook Village serves as a prototype for Erickson Retirement Communities' assisted living and skilled nursing care facilities. The complex is designed with three residential buildings connected to a community building and grouped around a large central garden. Careful use of materials and details provides visual continuity throughout the complex, while establishing a strong identity for each building. Varying in height from four to five stories, each residential building accommodates up to 96assisted living and 84 skilled nursing residents. Each resident floor includes spacious common living, activity, and dining rooms that overlook the garden. The community building contains a salon, a physical therapy suite, a large meeting room, and administrative offices.
