Renaissance Gardens at Cedar Crest Extended Care

Renaissance Gardens at Cedar Crest is one of Erickson Retirement Communities' new generation of innovative assisted living and skilled nursing care facilities. Careful manipulation of materials and details provides visual continuity between the independent living buildings while establishing a strong identity for the facility within the overall campus. A central community building connects the residential buildings together. The project provides accommodation for 32 assisted living residents and 104 skilled nursing residents. Each resident floor includes spacious common living, activity, and dining rooms. The one-story community building contains a salon and a large meeting room in addition to administrative offices.
