Set on a 40-acre site, this Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) provides 196 independent living apartments and 24 cottages for seniors. The independent living apartments are organized in linked wings around intimate courtyards, with views of the surrounding countryside. A central clubhouse features main dining and activities spaces, an auditorium, fitness center, and indoor pool. Adjoining the club house is a health center, containing 60 assisted living residences and 40 private rooms for skilled nursing care. A central green physically and visually links the club house to a pond with its own pavilion. Other amenities include a remnant orchard, putting green, tennis court, and walking trails that extend in to the surrounding 160 acres of open space.
