Valley Creek Corporate Center at Exton Park

WRT prepared the master plan and also provided architectural and landscape architectural services for this 200-acre, 1,750,000-SF corporate office park development near historic Valley Forge. The master plan was part of an overall strategy to preserve 727 acres of farmland for public recreational use. At build-out, the new corporate center includes 17 office buildings arranged in five separate campuses,all linked by the heavily-landscaped Valley Creek Boulevard and 65 acres of wooded greenway. Surface parking is softened by 15 and 20-foot-wide medians planted with generous indigenous landscaping. Within each campus, a mixture of three, four, and five-story buildings is grouped around a sustainable, landscaped public plaza.
