Waterfront Square Condominiums and Spa
Located along the Delaware River, just north of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, Waterfront Square introduces a new generation of waterfront living. When completed, five glass towers will rise to afford dramatic views of the city skyline, and frame a central terraced park that tops a 1,000-car garage. WRT designed the site plan to provide maximum river view potential from each apartment, and from each room within each apartment. Half of the apartments are planned with direct river views. In addition, half of the apartments enjoy both an oblique view of the river and the project's central park. WRT's work includes planning and design of the entire 964-unit project-- including buildings, interiors, landscape, and the waterfront edge.
