Windsor Town Green
This 4.5-acre CIV green serves as a vibrant gathering place for the bedroom community of Windsor. The green was designed as the nucleus and catalyst for a new downtown. Adjacent mixed-use, housing, and commercial development, along with CIV buildings, are now underway. A historic grove of blue oaks was preserved on the site, and new amenities, such as a band stand, central pavilion, linear fountain, and a play area, were introduced and designed consistent with Windsor's culture.
