Agnes Scott College, a highly competitive women's college in Decatur, Georgia, retained WRT to prepare a campus master plan to identify facility needs and future building locations to accommodate anticipated enrollment growth. Combining programmatic, planning, architectural, and traffic planning expertise, the consultant team led by WRT addressed several major campus development issues including locations for a new Campus Center and future academic buildings as well as new faculty/student parking decks. The plan accommodates future buildings while retaining the scale of existing architecture and campus open spaces.
The campus master plan received a SCUP/AIA Awards Honorable Mention citation.
