WRT prepared a master plan for a Water Resort in South East Asia. The main development theme of the resort was to create a first choice destination for vacations as well as a place to own a second or retirement home. Additionally, the resort will provide a luxurious lifestyle, supported by medical care, spas, and leisure time activities. The master plan includes a town center, theme parks, resort hotels, and residential neighborhoods, each with some waterfront land, and each with a variety of lot sizes and attractive locations. Four of these neighborhoods are designed around golf courses. One being a canal village within a lake, another a forest village with an emphasis on large lots in an upland location, while another, immediately adjacent to the central town, is designed around a wellness theme. There are also districts for public buildings and a hospital and medical office complex.
