WRT's landscape design integrates this new, $60 million, 301,000-SF office campus into San Diego's historic Old Town district. The site design finds an expression that is at once contemporary and in keeping with the new buildings, and consistent with the surrounding historic district. Newly designed landscape elements include roof gardens, courtyards, a town square, water features, walled gardens, surface parking for 815 vehicles, shaded trellises, exterior dining, and patios. Sustainable design features include the use of native plant materials, recycled site materials, and innovative stormwater management practices.
