The New Jersey Capital Park Master Plan provides a long-term vision for a new state park for the Capitol complex in Trenton. New Jersey's first truly urban park, Capital Park, will incorporate a comprehensive sustainability agenda, driving a spectrum of environmental, social, and economic strategies. The master plan also provides a long-term strategy to revitalize Trenton by reestablishing connections to the downtown and reclaiming its riverfront. The park will also leverage other ongoing projects in the downtown.
