Orchard Ridge is the vibrant result of the combined redevelopment of two adjacent public housing sites for the Housing Authority of Baltimore City in partnership with Pennrose Properties. Extensive community involvement and innovative design created a cohesive blend of 172 rental townhomes, 189 homeowner townhomes and a 77 unit apartment building. Resident amenities include a number of park and playground areas and a 5,000 square foot Community Building with fitness center, onsite management offices and program space for an active Residents' council.
