Renaissance Gardens at Ann's Choice is the eighth extended care senior living building that WRT has completed for Erickson Retirement Communities. At the outset of the project, the client challenged WRT to revise their standard prototypical building to reduce building square footage, reduce building cost, and create smaller clusters of residents with the same high level of services for which Erickson is known.
This first phase is a three-story building that accommodates 110 skilled nursing residents plus 22 short-term rehabilitation guests, all in private rooms. An attached community building provides a salon, café, a club room, and physical therapy along with administrative functions. A sensory garden provides an attractively landscaped, safe environment for residents to enjoy the outdoors.
