Renaissance Gardens at Fox Run is a three-story senior extended care facility accommodating 110 skilled nursing residents and 22 short-term rehabilitation guests, all in private rooms. Developed in tandem with the evolution and redesign of Erickson Retirement Community's standard building prototype, programmatic efficiencies and locally sourced materials helped lower building costs and the project's environmental footprint. The integrated community building provides a salon, physical therapy functions, a café, along with a club room and administrative functions clustered around a sensory garden that is landscaped with native plant species, offering a safe environment for residents to enjoy the outdoors.
