Renaissance Gardens at Wind Crest provides long-term senior living care in small, household settings. Each household of 12 residents has private rooms with full baths, living and dining space, as well as a common kitchen in which all meals are prepared. Households are stacked and connected to create a community with amenities such as a salon, café, physical therapy, gathering areas, and a variety of garden spaces just steps from each house.
This three-phase project will provide accommodations for 60 skilled-nursing and 120 assisted-living residents as well as 24 short-term rehabilitation guests at final build-out. The building is situated to take advantage of the breathtaking views to the Rocky Mountains and the Denver skyline.
