WRT worked on a Southeast Federal Center (SEFC) revised master plan for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). The approved Master Plan for the SEFC called for offices for 23,000 federal employees and the creation of a lively waterfront attraction in the nation's capital. WRT was responsible for the development of a Design Guidelines manual for the project; preparation of detailed designs for all of the sites public open spaces and streetscapes; and preparation of a revised Master Plan. The revised Master Plan proposed parcels for private mixed-use development in the center of the site, providing a mix of day-time and night-time activities to further the objective of creating a lively waterfront destination within the District of Columbia. WRT was responsible for the development of a Design Guidelines manual for the project; preparation of detailed designs for all of the sites public open spaces and streetscapes; and preparation of a revised Master Plan.
