WRT prepared the master plan and served as the architect and landscape architect for this urban business commercial development by the Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Corporation. Located in a former brownfield site, an 8.5-acre parcel in downtown York fronting Codorus Creek, this was the first urban site designated by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Keystone Opportunity Zone. The plan called for the reuse historic industrial structures, as well as for the construction of two new six-story office buildings that incorporated ground-level retail, and totaling 236,700 GSF. The project included a combination of structured and surface parking, and a 3,500 SF chiller plant, which were set among a landscaped, campus-like environment.
