WRT's master plan for this 120-acre rural campus follows a strategic plan that calls for doubling the school's enrollment and improving facilities to better serve the school's mission. After interviews with faculty, staff, parents, and students, WRT prepared a facilities program for the campus that quantifies building space and site improvements necessary for the school to achieve the goals of the strategic plan. The master plan locates these program elements and addresses overall campus form and image, vehicular and pedestrian circulation and infrastructure, a new middle school, housing, a new arts center, renovated athletic facilities, and improved recreational and educational use of the entire campus.
