WRT prepared a campus master plan for this school, located on 600 acres of fields and rolling hills in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Individual academic and athletic programs at the school completed self-study reports with specific recommendations for their future, and the school required a master plan to evaluate and incorporate this work and to establish a campus-wide approach for improvements and growth. WRT developed a campus plan with an auto-free center by eliminating some existing roads and limiting through traffic on others. The total parking count was increased by providing small lots at the perimeter of the campus, allowing for the creation of a new active open space at the center of the campus.
