Stonebridge at Montgomery CCRC
The Stonebridge at Montgomery project provided 196 independent senior living apartments and 24 cottages for seniors. The independent living apartments were organized in linked wings around intimate courtyards, with views of the surrounding countryside. A central clubhouse featured main dining and activities spaces, an auditorium, fitness center, and indoor pool. A health center, containing 60 assisted living residences and 40 private rooms for skilled nursing care, was designed to adjoin the club house. A central green physically and visually linked the club house to a pond with its own pavilion. Other amenities included a remnant orchard, putting green, tennis court, and walking trails to extend to the surrounding 160 acres of open space.
