The recently completed Blossom at Bartram plan is a result of a two-year Choice Neighborhoods planning process which aimed to create a strong sense of community in Bartram Village and provide beautiful spaces that bring people together. The plan transforms Bartram Village into an integrated mixed-income community that preserves housing affordability and positions residents to benefit from anticipated investments.
The vision, goals, and strategies for the Bartram Choice Neighborhood Plan were shaped directly by residents of Bartram Village and the broader Choice neighborhood, who served on every task force and committee, and participated in over 30 public meetings, workshops, focus groups discussions, and special events.
