The North Hills Manor Redevelopment Project in Upper Dublin, Pennsylvania, broke ground on Monday, June 26.

The new development will replace the 50 existing units with new units ranging from one to four-bedroom layouts located in 17 residential buildings.
WRT is serving as the architect for the redevelopment. The $17 million project is being built by the Montgomery County Housing Authority (MCHA) in partnership with Pennrose Properties, LLC.
The redevelopment will also feature a brand-new community building with a community room, computer lab, and property management offices. The townhouses and twin style apartments will have a modern design and contemporary amenities such as Energy Star appliances, ceramic tile bathrooms, resident-controlled heating & cooling, and in-unit laundry. Each building will be LEED for Homes certified.
Construction is slated for completion by December 2019.
