NJ Affordable Housing Projects Move Forward with Tax Credit Funding

The funding will help advance housing options in these communities that are inclusive, sustainable, and resilient.

WRT's clients, Ingerman and PIRHL, have been awarded New Jersey Tax Credit funding for the following affordable housing projects. WRT assisted with the tax credit applications and will be working with these clients on implementation.

Willows at Greenwich
The Willows at Greenwich is the first affordable housing development in Greenwich in more than 20 years. The Ingerman development will consist of 66 one-, two- and three-bedroom units across six buildings. The development will also include a central community building with community room, management suite, fitness room and playground for its residents. The development will be certified under the new 2020 Enterprise Green Communities program, and meet EnergyStar requirements.

This community will provide a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom stacked townhouse units in seven buildings, and will be built to meet EnergyStar and Enterprise Green Communities requirements. Resident amenities will include a community building with indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, a fitness room and on-site management and maintenance teams. This project is part of Clinton Township’s larger affordable housing initiatives.
