Erin Callahan

Erin is a Designer on the WRT team, focused on the affordable housing market. She brings a steady hand to complex housing projects and makes the work, and the people around her, stronger in the process. Erin is elevating WRT’s housing practice and helping guide WRT’s growth maintaining our vision rooted in purpose, driven by impact. Erin is passionate about pushing against the stigma of affordable housing, aesthetically and from a basic livability perspective. Erin has been instrumental on the WRT team leading the implementation of Perry Homes in Buffalo, NY, and several affordable housing developments across New Jersey.

Erin is a valued and trusted leader and project manager because she listens, gives clear direction, and leads with intention. She is grounded, approachable, and quietly confident, making her a go-to for her colleagues to turn to for mentorship, collaboration, and advice.
