Coren Bomback

Over her 20-year career, Coren’s experience covers a wide range of project types, including new construction, adaptive reuse, and renovation project types from multi-unit affordable and supportive housing, transit, and civic to hospitality, education, commercial, and ecclesiastical. Coren is passionate about making excellent, sustainable, and resilient design accessible to all, and brings her desire for socially equitable architecture and design work to the WRT team. Coren’s current projects include a multi-phase Choice Neighborhood affordable housing community in Pittsburgh consisting of midrise and lowrise buildings, a multi-phase mixed-income development in Bethlehem consisting of midrise mixed-use and lowrise housing buildings, a midrise mixed-use mixed-income housing TOD development in Connecticut, and a lowrise affordable housing community in New Jersey.
