Murali is an architect with more than two decades years of professional experience and seven years of formal teaching experience. In addition to leading architectural projects through all phases, Murali’s experience includes working on several urban design and campus planning projects collaborating with planners and landscape architects. Murali is deeply committed to sustainability and issues of social justice at scales of design.
Murali’s project experience covers a wide range of project types ranging from commercial and cultural to educational buildings. Recent projects include master planning of graduate student housing for M.I.T, Campus Master Plan for The Kennedy Center in D.C., The Institute of Energy Efficiency at the University of California Santa Barbara, Center for Visual Arts for Eckerd College, St. Petersburg Florida, and two I-95 travel plazas between Philadelphia and Baltimore.
